You are mixing up two separate issues here Danny. Yes, if you work out everything in advance, it is possible to get married in 2 days, but plan on it taking a few more days than that.

Getting married is the easy part. The much harder part is getting the spouse visa after that! Although it is almost guaranteed that she will eventually get it, you must be prepared to wait at least one year until everything is processed by your government in the U.S..

You wouldn't need a physical to marry her.

The above is what you can realistically expect. Having said that, take one step at a time. Go to China, make sure you are both right for each other. Don't feel pressured to get married when you are there. 
Marry only if you both feel it is right. Then begin the spouse visa application.[/quote]
