I've lived in Hangzhou for the past 2 months and have had to take this bus a couple of times now.  I do not speak or read Chinese.  Anyways, the schedule that I have seen on the internet is, I believe in accurate.  This happened to me twice:

I look on the internet to see the bus schedule (HZ to PVG or PVG to HZ).  Both times the bus left about 1/2 hour before the time that was published on internet sites and in the local Morehangzhou magazine.  I will admit that the time is published CORRECTLY on the ticket.  Thus, the current schedules that you see in magazines and on the internet may not be correct.

So the takeway is, make sure you get information that is accurate and fully up to date.  Posts from a few months ago may not be viable.  Maybe someone who reads Chinese could update us on what the current schedule is.
