My issue being, is that they have introduced the new M visa, to replace the F. But no one seems to have any idea about it, or even been issued a M visa yet? Jumping onto the tourist visa every month will be extortionate to the wallet.

The company i am discussing projects with (business technicalities) are also clueless in the bid of the business visa. I can go to HK in 3 weeks, with documents to apply for the M Visa, but will i get one? does it even exist? Will they think i am some sort of multi-gazzillionaire leeching money out of them and reject me entry?  -- and then trying to hop onto the tourist visa once im rejected the M Visa, will certainly arouse suspicion that i am indeed leeching all the dumplings out of the city!

i understand chinas fight against people working illegally, but the more they try the more i feel people are simply breaking the rules... while people like my self have to put up with the stress and headache of it all ![/quote]
