-	On 1st  April, 2010 we have delivered our shipment items and paid the charges in full around $.500/- to Rachel Chan.
-	Rachel promised that the cargo will be reaching Bahrain after 4 days.
-	Since we have arrived in Bahrain on 4th April we have been constantly following-up with Rachel and spent a lot of money on international calls.
-	Every time Rachel fined en excuse to justify the delay in shipment. For example, she said that some items cannot be shipped. !!.  this is something she should have mentioned at the beginning and not after charging us on theses items
-	Last time we called her she confirmed that the shipment has already arrived Bahrain and she gave us the bill no. as a reference.
-	Today we have checked with DHL and they confirmed that the shipment has not been picked up yet.

Please can you personally interfere as we don't trust Rachel words any more and make sure that we receive our cargo as soon as possible.
