So, for those still interested: join any dating you want, get contact with someone, but do ALL FORMALITIES from your country.  Apply for her visa and pay the embassy: if it is a scam, it will most likely fail at that stage.
If not, then arrange for her trip yourself, buy a ticket that can only be refunded to yourself.
She comes?  Great!
She does not?  Get a refund on the ticket or, if you have bought a return, change it for a nice trip to wherever you want!
