Thread: Can't find my package on EMS

The pacrcel was said to be shipped the same day on behalf of the seller. I am concerned because on the China EMS website when I try to track the parcel I get this the information that reads.

On iOffer's website it says "seller marked shipped, but the post office has not yet processed the parcel." I questioned the seller because I just want to see confirmation that my parcel is ACTUALLY at the post office. He had responded with a message reading, "Slow tracking information updated in 5 days after queries".

The reason I'm posting all of this is because it has now been 7 days. I have no information that tells me my parcel is on its way to me. Should I be concerned? Typically how long will it be until I see that my parcel is on the way? How do I know if the tracking number is real? What information can someone on here give me from the information I have provided?
