But the fast train station is very close to Hongqiao Air port. If you load off at the Pudong air port, then you should find a way to get Hongqiao train station.

From Pudong Air port to Hongqiao Train station, you can choose Metro Line 2 (1.5hrs)or airport Bus Line 1(1hr).

2, Air port Bus
You can find directly Air port bus from Pudong Airport.
Bus Start Time: 13:10 and 16:50, takes nearly 4.5hrs to arrive Yiwu.
Price: 180RMB/per person

3, Taxi
There are have some private Taxi from Air port to Yiwu.
These kinds of Taxies will not like the normal ones you see on the street. its more like private car.
Price: Around 800RMB/per car ( if you load with other passengers, 
you can make the negotiate with the driver. )
Time: 4-4.5hrs

If the time was too late for your arrive, then you might should think about to take taxi or just stay one night in Shanghai.
( Before I missed the last fast train and bus, and I tried to take the normal trains to Yiwu from Shanghai. I waitted in the trian station for 1-2 hr to get another train and 4-5hrs to took the train to Yiwu. That was not so good experience for me.)

If you arrive too late, I don't recommend you to take the normal train there.
