I do have a spare air-con room available to provide homestay & guardianship services for Asian students (on 2-sharing basis). If you are looking for a safe, caring and good living environment for your young child, look no further! 
My package include accommodation, healthy home cook meals, laundry and ironing, housekeeping, arranging for transport, tuition & outing etc., parental monitoring(optional), liaise with school and periodic feedback to parents.  I also provide an air-con study room with wifi.
