Thread: START AT EARLY-INTERMEDIATE, intensive 6-months study - RECOMMENDATIONS?

Have been thinking of Dalian or Tianjin, but am thinking of going to a smaller city (Have lived in Xuzhou, Wuxi, Guangzhou and Shanghai).
