Inhouse English Trainer for SAP Labs China - Lead Responsibilities: - Coordinate all English Training Activities in Labs China (Shanghai & Chengdu) as part of the Learning & Development Team (Classroom & eLearning; Training, Mentoring & on-the job) - Market the Training Activities and pro-activly create Demand - Develop & Assess professional & highly customized Training Materials ( Real-world Role Plays, Exercises, Cases, etc) for: o Written English (eMails; Texts, Guidelines) o Grammar o Typical issues (Chinglish) o oral English - Train our employees in speaking fluently English and expressing themselves precisely and concisely - Coordinate the editing of English texts written by technical writers Notes: The Target group will be SAP Labs Employees (Mostly Software Developers) The English Training will be provided as Add-On to existing (basic) Training with an external provider Experience: - English Native Speaker - Experience as Teacher of English as Foreign Language - Experience in language training related Didactics - University Degree - TEFL or similar certified - Self motivated and open minded - Entrepreneurial and proactive - Excellent people skills - Proficient in PC & Internet Use as well as MS Office Package: Initial Contract for one year, extendable Competitive Compensation, negotiable according to experience and fit.
