This year, China has joined  in the United Nations' Military Budget Transparency Mechanism and returned to the Conventional Weapons Registration System, two major mechanism of the UN concerning military transparency, according to the expert.

All these efforts the Chinese government has made are intended  to promote its military transparency, and open up its defense and military budget to the outside world.

China is  trying to convey to other countries that China is seeking peaceful development, and will not pose threat to regional and international peace.
