The most important thing is that it is quite near to many famous places and Olympic sports gyms as well:

1) about 40 minitues to Beijing Capital International Airport; 
2) 5-minute drive about 2 kilometers from bird-nest stadium; 
3) 3 kilometers to Beijing University of Technology, judo, taekwondo, and Badminton & Eurythmics during Olympic Games; 
4) 3 kilometers to Beijing University, table tennis ball game; 
5)the name of the strict is shui mu tian cheng
6)you can see the olympic park from the window
7)there is a river just over the strict
8)the house is completed in 2007,it's so beautiful
