I am thinking about why the USA can believe Pakistan India's nuke programme is for peaceful purpose: while US hold a resentful attitudes against Iran and DPRK.  USA even called Iran and DPRK " Rogue States' or "Evil Axis". What do you think of this issue? Has US held a double stand?[/quote]
