2) only about 700 meters direct from the Media Village——buildings newly constructed for journalists, reporters and other media workers worldwide.
3) 10-minute drive about 6 kilometers from bird-nest stadium; 
4) there is a river just over the strict
5)the house is completed in 2007,it's so beautiful

Rent requirements:

At least 20 days during the Olympic Games, $600 USD per day for renting and add the extra fee for tour service (if you want). 
If you rent the house for one month, you can have about15% discount, that is, you will have to pay only $15,000 USD for the period of 1st to 30th August, 2007. 
By the way, when ordering, you are expected to pay 50% of the total rents as down payment, and pay the rest of rents and additional securities when move in.  Please order early.
