Ensure your living condition convenient and comfortable.

Location:

it is located in the CBD (central business district), between 2nd and 3rd Eastern Ring, convenient to most places in Beijing. There are bus stops for more than 10 lines and also subway station of line 10. It's about 40 minitues to Beijing Capital International Airport and 3 kilometers to central railway station;

Price:

USD 250 per day

USD 1,500 per week

USD 5,800 per month

Payment:

Please book in advance. A booking fee of USD 50 is charged for reservation. Rest shall be paid after arrival. We accept paypal and major credit cards via paypal.
