APPARENTLY, rules are not followed here in quanzhou. if you have connection with the important people, you get your way, if you have money you get your way..NO FAIRNESS to anyone that actually follows the rules. so far this real estate company that we're dealing with is doing a lot of underground shady work with gangs AND government officials from the land department. he have been sending members from some gang to our home here to threaten us, he have been sending gang members to dress up like security guards to go to the factory to guard the area so we have no access into my bf's parents factory, he also went to the village and got 40 old grannies to sit around the factory so people can't do business, he also put big rocks and pillars of sands in front of the entrances to block our way...he's done so much damage to our factory to the point where last night 1am in the morning he had some people coming over with bull dozers to crack down one side of the factory. we are trying to get all the help we can get to take down this real estate company. we are sueing this company for fraud, but then again money/power is a concern for us, because the real estate company can just bite us back by paying the judge with a big amount of money to win. this is a big concern for anyone out there whose about to cooperate with a real estate company. this is one BIG mistake my bf's dad did in the beginning for wanting to sell his land, and not being careful to whom he trusted. we need help...and fast...=S[/quote]
