Okay, thanks to answers to my question regarding changing money during the "minor" Dragon Boat holiday, my anxiety about being stuck with no money has been abated. Now, to the next question. I'll be leaving on vacation to Shanghai at the end of the week and really looking forward to it (and praying often that no one on my flight will have swine flu!). I think I want to take the Maglev into the city. And then from there, take the metro. I believe the Maglev pulls into a station that is also a metro stop on the number 2 line, is that right? Or do I have to walk a distance to the metro stop? I'm staying at the Manhattan Bund Business hotel which I believe is also very close to a Metro stop? I guess basically I'm trying to decide this: after taking the Maglev into the city, should I just grab a taxi to my hotel, or is taking the metro the rest of the way pretty simple? After a very long flight, I want to simply get to my hotel (but I'm also a very frugal guy [mood15]).
