Some guys on the internet made some digital photos about Sarkozy. According those pictures, Sarkozy did take part in a series of historical activities: participating in the first moon landing, jogging alongside John F. Kennedy's motorcade in Dallas in 1963, leading the French soccer team out for the 1998 World Cup final and attending the Yalta Conference in 1945 (with his son, of course) etc.

French president seems to be a celebrity, not a politician. He always wants to be the centre of world events.
