Does anyone have advice where I should start looking for work? What questions about Western creativity and business do the Chinese have and what kinds of things could I learn that may help me teach American values and principles that would help my fellow Americans?

I have people that look to me for advice and in order to give proper advice, I feel I need to learn more about the way people in the rest of the world live and treat one another.

I am looking for this to be a learning experience, help people and find work in China during the process. Any advice or thoughts are appreciated. Thank you for your time.
