And my apartment area is call Phoenix city, they call it 5 star apartment)down to Guangzhou City about 30min-45min. Everyone knows Guangzhou city is very dirty and noisy. But this area is very clean and more quiet. Very relax place, it is an idea place for live.

Environment: There is a big lake and many small kid playground in this area. There are Mcdonal, 5 star Hotel, Jusco, all kind of restaurant, Germen Pub, Kindergarden, Primary and secondary international school, Gym , Yoga class, swimming pool, hospital, Market, and so on. Very convenient and confortable area. There also many foreigners staying here.

Security: There is very strict in this garden. Every household need to use ID card in or out to open the gate and there is a secure guard stand from day to night at the gate and also 2-3 guards walk around the garden.

The management: Can call for any help to the management staff. They are very helpful and friendly.

Neigbourhood: Friendly and Lovely neighbour you will find here. The poeple here is higher standard and more educated.
