Other cheaper Plaza : farer from Shangri-La Hotel ,cheaper the rent is !

Bin Hai Apartments :a little old building(built in about 1999) .some of them have great sea view .the rent is about 50000----80000 RMB one year . 
Wei Dong Apartments : just a little sea view .new community . the rent is about 50000----60000 RMB one year .
Xin Gui Du Apartments : no sea view . a little old community .the rent is about 30000---50000 RMB one year .
