question 2. 
accomodation do I have to show them a prove of every single day of my accomodation or it should be ok if i show them my first 5 days booked in Beijing) after beijing i want to go see shanghai and then hk but got no idea how long i will stay in beijing. And what in case if I would like to use couchsurfing and stay in my friend for few days?

question 3. i enter china in 80 days from now can i apply for visa so early?  or it will expire before my enter?

the good thing is that year ago when i was in cambodia i applied for chinese visa and got 1 in my passport however it been never used (its expired long time ago)  so it should be easier to get another one :)
