1. Is it possible that the university has pocketed my processing fee and is refusing to let me know that they have not accepted me. Although I thought for a non award program they would want people to study.

2. Should I start finding another school or private academy and try again with them...

3. Should I look for work, at this point I don't care what I do. And if so would I have to go back to Hong Kong to do the visa process

I have a masters degree and I think that should allow me to work, or so I have heard
