I have been in China for over a year and a half. I had originally came here on an L-Visa (my GF, now wife is Chinese who I met when I was working in Korea) and then got work as a teacher, which sorted out a Z-Visa for me and I did the whole visa run to HK. But when I finished my contract (they didn't renew it), I couldn't get another job straight away. Instead of me going back home and searching for another job in China from there, my GF (now wife) and I decided to get the marraige certitifcate done and carry on looking for a job in China. Now we intend to have the wedding later this year and I have found a job in a small company. But they don't have experience in hiring foreigners before. So they went through the process very lousely and then I came across this (http://wqb.huzhou.gov.cn/art/2012/4/25/art_4851_114593.html) which says I need an F-Visa. The girl in the company who is meant to sort out the visa is not very competent and my Chinese is terrible. My wife doesn't fully understand it either and the people on the end of the phone aren't very helpful. Anyway, using google translate and asking the wife to check the link too, it apparently says I need an F-Visa. Now I am on an L visa (spousal) and thinking if this is correct or something has gone wrong because everywhere else I have looked up about the visa process doesn't mention this at all. I just simply don't understand it. Maybe the link is to a different process and we are following the wrong thing here. Anyone, please help me. I am in Anji, Zhejiang (Which falls under Huzhou administrative office). (I typed very quickly so there may be some typos here and there)
