BACKGROUND

Can Cubs envisions to be trendsetter when it comes to early learning. Education is in the midst of a revolution, and we seek to be the torchbearers in providing a physically active, mentally active and imaginative learning environment for young children. Can Cubs is a structured physical play and early English learning programme. We provide three session types: Babies (6 months - to walking age),  2-3 years and 3-5 years. The sessions are structured so that children’s agility, balance, co-ordination and English language ability is challenged through physical tasks, rhymes, stories and songs. The Can Cubs Centre is themed in a creative and fun way, which makes learning more joyous for the children. We are situated in the beautiful, modern, clean Anting New Town (German Town) - a perfect environment for children.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Teach Can Cub sessions, develop new lessons and add new ideas that fit with the Can Cubs Curriculum
Organise and teach birthday sessions 
Meet the private needs of the children when necessary (such as helping them with clothing, taking them to the bathroom etc)
Make use of powerful computer software/hardware to develop new lessons
Take and manage bookings, by phone, through the internet or wechat through company channels
Promote Can Cubs positively on social media and other marketing events when required
Attend staff meetings/training when required
Maintain site standards, including, but not limited to: cleaning, stocking and pricing of merchandise, and helping with equipment set changes.

Total compensation
Every full-time employee receives:
Base salary (monthly paid)
10 days paid vacation leave
