Foreigners are in Foreign Countries:
1. Provide Passport Notarization by Foreign Affair Department in Your country and Approved by Chinese Embassy or Consulates Located in Your Country (Original)
2. Provide Bank Reference Letter Original from outside of China
3. Provide an Office Lease Contract Original in China

It takes about 2 months to set up China company. The procedure is as follows:
1. Company Name Verification (1 Week)
2. Register from Municipal Commission of Commerce (1 Month)
3. Register from Industrial and Commercial Bureau (2 Weeks)
4. Carve Stamp (2 Days)
5. Open Company Bank Account (1 Week)

The above policy is only applicable in Guangzhou China.
