China Railways has published its new train running graph which will take effect on August 28. The speed of the high speed trains will drop down and ticket fares will fall after the new train running graph take effect. 1. From August 28, the high speed trains between Hefei-Nanjing and Hefei-Wuhan will run at the speed of 200 km/h, 50 km slower than before. Due to the reduction of the train speed, the travel time from Hefei to Nanjing, and Hefei to Wuhan, will increase 4-17 minutes and 20-30 minutes. But the ticket fares fall. Hefei-Nanjing: CNY 73 for first class and CNY 61 for second class. The passengers can save CNY 4 compared with the former ticket prices. Nanjing-Wuhan: CNY 201 for first class and CNY 168 for second class. 2. The departing time for T110 and T66 at the Nanjing Railway Station will change. Also, G106 (Shanghai to Beijing) and G139 (Beijing to Shanghai) will be cancelled. 3. Four trains will increase or decrease its stops. Take Train 1342 (Hangzhou-Qiqihar) for example, it will not stop at Suizhong and Taiyangsheng stations but increase two stations --- luanxian and Beidaihe. Other three trains are K188 (Shanghai-Dandong), K516 (Shanghai-Changchun) and K552 (Wenzhou-Harbin). The Suizhong and Xingcheng Stations for K188 will be canceled but Changli Station will be added. K516 will stop at Jinbei and Tai’an Station while the North Suizhong Station for K552 will be canceled but Tai’an and Gongzhuling Stations will be added.
