I have heard of these two boys. They are called 'Hou She Nan Hai', a name modeled from 'Backstreet Boys'.

Their funny performance is a knid of enjoyment.

And actually 'Hou She Nan Hai'don't sing the song by themselves. They just follow the music and model the real singer's mouth shape. :)
