Express bus ride from Haikou to Sanya

GUESTJUANM Oh my God...so difficult to make a trip fro Haikou to Sanya!!! No information anywhere for foreigners!!!! At lest I know that it takes 3-4 hours to Sanya from Haikou...
The next question...Is there a way to go from Hainan to Vietnam, I mean an easy way????

By "easy" I presume you mean direct. No, I don't think so.

Are you sure you want to take bus? I think the journey takes around 24 hours! I would prefer to take the train T202 (2253--2015, 21h22min).

It is safe to travel by bus from Haikou to Sanya, the whole route is speedway, the route terrain is not mountainous or dangerous. You can go to Haikou South Coach Station to take a long distance bus to Sanya.
