GUESTHEMANK i want to go to macau for 1 day on 14 august 2011. what places to see? i will go from TST Hong Kong in morning at 7.00 a.m. by bus, and want to reach to guangzhow at night 9.00 p.m. as monday is working day. how much is expected fare. is there any place to keep luggage for few hours in macau? i've less time so i need expert's help. please reply me at rediffmail.com|hemank27

Places to see in Macau: the venetian, Ruins of St. Paul's, Senado Square, St. Domingo's Church, Macau Fisherman's Wharf... FYI: http://www.travelchinaguide.com/attraction/macau/

There are many gambling casinos in Macau. You can leave your luggage there for free. THe venetian is one of them.

From Macau to Guangzhou, you could pass the Gongbei border between Macau and Zhuhai, and then take a bus from Gongbei bus station to Guangzhou directly. It takes about 2.5 hours and rmb60.

It's impossible for you to get visa on arrival at Zhuhai-Macau Border.

New rule: Starting from 1 July 2010, nationals of Bangladesh, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Vietnam are required to obtain an entry visa before arriving at the Macao Special Administrative Region. Visa-upon-arrival is no longer applicable to these nationals.

So you need get back to your country and apply for your visa.

Hi, the best way is : take the Metro line 8 to the last stop( Guangzhou nanzhan)- 7RMB., then take the bulltin train( Guangzhou to Zhuhai)- 30RMB.
the total is 38 RMB. more cheaper, and safty.

Take subway line 8 to Kecun, change subway line 3 to Tianhe Bus Station. There you can take long distance bus to Gongbei, pass through Gongbei Border to Macau.

u can try an express from NANHU TRAVEL.
they offer tickets for express, around 60rmb to get to MACAU.
