Depends on how many of you there are. If there're 3-4 of you, it might be worth it to share a taxi. Otherwise, take the late-night shuttle, alight near Jing'an Temple and take a taxi from there to Shanghai main train station.

It's right opposite the train station, south end of the train station south square. If you take metro line 1, go out of exit no.3, the bus stop is about 10m ahead of the exit.

If you want to use the Maglev to get to Shanghai South train station, I wouldn't advise it as it would involve at least 1 change at an extremely busy and crowded interchange, or 2 changes at somewhat less busy interchanges. Neither of which is convenient especially if you're carrying 2 big luggage and going during the National Day holiday week! Definitely take the bus instead. Pudong -- Yiwu is probably around 5 hours.

The nearest airport to Shanghai South long-distance bus station, is Shanghai Hongqiao airport (SHA). However, the vast majority of international flights land instead at Shanghai Pudong airport (PVG). So, which one are you interested in?

I only know where the stop is coming in from the airport, not sure about the other direction. I think the ride takes around 1 hour, depending on traffic conditions.
