Yes, thank you Gaz, for the clarification :) I understand her comment now, I was sleepy I think, when I first saw it and somehow thought she was being charged to watch the show !! LOL

It is still interesting to me to see such American/Western shows so popular in China !!?? And again, a common theme from me, I also worry about the preverbal stereotypes of a average life here, that these shows may impart !!?? :)

It's because of the great plot and excellent actors/actress. Many Chinese people also like Korean and Japanese TV series but most of Chinese are watching Chinese series at home.
