I like to collect those beautiful food pictures, either from books or via the internet.. And It's my pleasure to share them with all of you friends.

But Gong Bao Chicken is Kung Pao Chicken. In Chinese, they are both 宫保鸡丁. I don't think you mistake them.︿_︿

GUESTANTONIO Their drinking cutlrue is pretty similar to the mongols. In fact, I'm pretty sure most minorities in China have a let the guests drink till they drop' policy. Everywhere I visit in China I've been offered an absolutely unhealthy amount of 白酒 or 茅台.It sounds like a rather odd situation for them though; having a bunch of foreigners come from all over the globe to help them dig a ditch. Sounds like a good work out for you though.
