And It's my pleasure to share them with all of you friends. But Gong Bao Chicken is Kung Pao Chicken. In Chinese, they are both 宫保鸡丁. I don't think you mistake them.︿＿︿

Their drinking cutlrue is pretty similar to the mongols. In fact, I'm pretty sure most minorities in China have a let the guests drink till they drop' policy. Everywhere I visit in China I've been offered an absolutely unhealthy amount of 白酒 or 茅台.It sounds like a rather odd situation for them though; having a bunch of foreigners come from all over the globe to help them dig a ditch. Sounds like a good work out for you though.
