I lost my temper with my new boss three years ago, told him what I think of him and resigned. Recently, after 3 years, he asked me to come back. I did and now we are some kind of friends.

I have difficulties to accept if someone is accusing me for things I have not committed. In that kind of situations I have quite short fuse.

Still, would be nice to meet some day, Alan

It is good to lose your temper from time to time - moderately. It relieves the tension and is better than a bigger blow up even less frequently. It is not good to keep things hidden in yourself.

My answer to stress was to quit IT, and teach in China. No stress, but intermittent frustration! I think I have quietened down since I have been in China...though a few old colleagues didn't believe this !!

GUESTVICKYLIU In modern times, stress and pressure are ubiquity since fierce compentation in your work and you life. So you should relieve your stress and pressure by yourself. You can relieve it by listening to the music, painting, chatting with friends, playing card etc. I usually take a bike at random when i am in a lower mood.
