| GUEST82187 | It won't matter, because when you apply for a visa to marry your girl friend the process kind of starts over from scratch, I doubt the Chinese immigration/embassy will flag it. The only issue I see is that once you get the super outrageously strict USCIS involved and they will share your record to the Chinese, and any future visas could be denied, but I doubt that will happen because then you will have a Chinese wife with you and your crime is really not that serious. | GUEST40205 | Hi, Re: visa for china Regrettably I have to say I was cautioned in November 2012 for theft miscellaneous, I am currently a taxi driver in UK, customer didn't pay taxi fare, called local authorities response was taxi fare is a civil matter, however, as I returned to my taxi rank, I heard a phone ring I answered, turned out to be the person who never paid the fair, I gave 2 options to the customer, either you collect but pay the fare or I'll drop off and I want to be paid twice 1 for not paying first time round and to drop handset off, customer was being abusive over the phone, overall all I wanted was the money I lost out on. I tried selling the phone and got cautioned for it, MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE NEVER BEEN INVOLVED WITH THE POLICE APART FROM CAUTION MENTIONED ABOVE MY QUESTION IS, IF I AM ASKED DO I HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD ON A VISA APPLICATION... IS THE ANSWER YES OR NO? WILL IT AFFECT MY APPLICATION? IF SOME ONE COULD ANSWER MY QUESTION AS ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE, I'D REALLY APPRECIATE THAT WAITING FOR A RESPONSE THANKS |
