i have been working in harbin for almost 4 years. its a great place. i can speak considerably fluent chinese. theres a lot of work here . but then you need to know the right people . you can go for teaching oral english to kids, primary to high school, university , ielts ,toefl, gre etc. there are companies available also . if you guys want to get work , write in or give me a call .
