Lancashire Hot Pot is the best known one in the UK, I don't have any pic's though,
I would be up for the Sichuan style that Dave mentions I love chilli.

This is the hotpot Alan. Fiery Sichuan hotpot with extra chillies added. It was great experience but I certainly couldnt eat more than one a year.

I prefer the chocolate and cheese style hot pots since they are not as spicy as Chongqing hotpot.
