GUEST44178 I have been convicted for the cultivation of Cannabis (not sale), I was sentenced to 4 months suspended sentence (first offence), I had to do 120 hour community service which I completed. My suspended sentence expires on the 14.02.2013. I intend to travel to Guangzhou in August 2013.
Will I be permitted a visa?
