| I do not think that I agree with you JimmyB, but that does not mean that I enjoy these chores. No.1 Wash dishes and bowls. I've been washing my own dishes for many years. I wash them by hand even though I have a dish washing machine. Washing dishes is not humiliating to me. I don't like washing dishes, but it is a necessary chore. No.2 Go shopping with his wife. Women enjoy shopping more than men. I do not mind escorting my gal shopping as long as she doesn't want me to follow her while she looks for clothes and things. While she's shopping for women's things, I prefer to look at the guns, computers and fishing equipment. No.3 Make love to his wife. I surely hope I never stop enjoying playtime with my gal when we are married. It is certainly true that the nature of affection changes over time, but hopefully it never becomes a chore. No.4 Clean the bedroom. *hehehe* this is true, I wish bedrooms would clean themselves. :-) No.5 Wash clothes. Another necessary chore. I do not like it, but I do not want to wear dirty clothing. Traditionally this has been a woman's chore, but I have done it for so long that it is just one more thing that must be done. When I marry my gal, I will do my share of the chores. Together we will keep a tidy home. There was a time in my country when women kept the home and the men worked. Today, most men and women share the household duties. Working together can be very satisfying. |

| GUEST12194, very funny. Somehow, they tell the truth. Before marriage, men do whatever they can to please their gals. After marriage, gals find that men's promises are hard to believe and realize. In a Chinese article, it says" there are three things that you can't believe in the world: men's promises, men's love and men's reasons. Some even say that men's promises are all lies. Did you say those "lies" to your wife? |

He said that he wanted a son (because I am able to bear children and his wife cannot). He also said that he wanted to separate from his wife because she was too dependent on him. | I do all house chores such as cooking, washing dishes by hands, cleaning, washing clothes because my husband cannot do them well. As for shopping, i go my way and he goes his way after we decide where and when we meet after finish shopping. interesting thing is that i heard from friends that a shanghai couple who have totally different hobbies shopping seperately in the mall communicating by wireless phones. |

Then their husbands won't be tortured by shopping with them. I once started a thread in Chitter Chatter to know if men like going shopping with their GFs or wives. Most men said they didn't like shopping with their GFs and wives. Do they ask each other for advice on what to buy or make sure where to drink coffee after shopping? |
