| GUESTERNEST | I'm from Spain. I went today a Chinese Food Supermarket and asked the Chinese guy if they had any salad dressing. He told me that every cook prepares it at the restaurant. It seems that they use oil (maybe sesame oil), vinegar, sugar, salt and a little bit of mayonaise. Let's try preparing it, OK? |

| GUEST41160 | Hi, I was in Murcia, Spain two weeks ago and we had the exact same chinese salad. We asked what the dressing is and he said simply egg whites, sugar and vinegar. I haven't tried it yet but am dying to do so. It was running, milky white colour and has a sort of sweet taste! Carly |

| GUESTAUTO | I too have been looking for this salad dressing as we had it in Spain in garrucha & Mazarron so it seems to be along that coast line. I have yet to find it but maybe they have it in china town in big towns in the chinese area. I will say if we find it but if anyone can get the recipe I would love to have it |
