GUEST19752 I just came back from staying in a hotel in Xintang. I found it weird that they would not take a pre booking 2 months before I arrived. They just saud - be here and we will book you in. Now I know why. Lucky for us we were Kiwi Chinese so dodn't really look out of place.

GUEST19752 And in Shanghai, we pre-booked a back packers months in advance. All was fine with that as well.
