You can take airport shuttle bus line 7 to Shanghai SOuth Railway Station. Then walk to the SOuth Long Distance Bus Station to take bus to Yongkang. The schedules are as follows:
09:24 11:04 13:14 15:44 18:35 (ticket fare: CNY 126 to CNY 167)

Yongkang to Minqing: take long distance bus from Yongkang West Bus Station to Fuzhou and then transfer to Minqing.

Minqing to Dongguan: take bus to Fuzhou and then take bus or train to Donguan.

Dongguan to Chao'an: take long distance bus at Nancheng Bus Station to Chaozhou and then change bus to Chao'an.

It depends on you. The bus fare is CNY 400. It departs at 16:40 from Tianhe Bus Station. But there are several trains from Guangzhou to Yiwu. The lower hard berth fare is CNY 325.5. It takes about 17 hours from Guangzhou to Yiwu by train.

Personally, I'd like to use train rather than bus. It's more comfortable and safer.
