Closest airport to Yiwu, or closest airport to Singapore? I don't think it would make any noticeable difference whichever airport is closest to Singapore! Yiwu has it's own airport. The next nearest airports would be Hangzhou, Ningbo and Shanghai.
Most comfortable and simplest for Shanghai--Yongkang would be to hire a vehicle and driver. However I'm not sure if you're planning to splurge on that. Otherwise, the next best option might be to take a long-distance bus. Trains arrive at odd hours of the night (actually wee morning hours) so that's not a good idea.

GUESTPAUL	Pls I would like to know the distance BY Bus and by Train from Shanghai to Shangyu city and also the number of hours to spend.
