I found a work in Beijing and they prepare all documents. my question is,
Is there anyway no need to go back to manila to change my 'l' visa to 'z' visa? Where to go to china to change it??????

Yes, you have to go back to your country to apply for your Z visa. In the past, people in the same situation like you can go to Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to apply for their Z visa. But I have heard that some people confirm they can't do this in HK now.
