SHE, what about your boss? Is your boss a male or female?

My boss is a female CFO. She is in the same level as our CEO. She is in her 50’s, very hardworking and very knowledgeable. She is also very pro-active. I think this is what Coolsprings meant by aggressive? Maybe I am wrong. But being pro-active is an asset if you are in management especially if you want your business to be competitive. And the thing is if your boss is pro-active, you have to keep up with him/her. I don’t think age and gender has anything to do with it. I think personality has something to do with it.

LOL. My assistant manager is a female, I am a male. Everyone is different, but in my case, my she can be very moody. One day cheery, the next day grumpy. I just do my job and keep my relations with her minimal and respectful.

SHE, biological and phsycolotical cycles do affect more women's performance that it does to men's. Eductation foundations and good habitual working attitudes can curb biological weakness at least in working enviroment - here i am assuming the corp culture is fine tuned.

The ideal situations are what SHE describes, which does not reflect what's happening in the reality.

You know what I did to deal with LIONESS, I told her: if you want to fight, i am always your partner. I was told by my non-chinese friend saying that never kill but you have to show your knife if necessary. After that, this crazy woman could be cooled down for some time.!

That is so close to what a UN official said about women: “How can you trust somebody who bleeds once a month to do a good job?” He hails from an Arab-Muslim country. Suffice to say that there are no words that I can use to describe my disgust that will not get me banned from this forum. How can he not know that he came from that blood? I used to be very much against abortion. Apparently, some people should have been aborted.

The truth is that there are a lot of women who perform excellent jobs. Being a woman is not a handicap. I am very proud to be one.

She, the other issue for women is the low level of progesterone during senior crisis.

I have got a colleague, a good senior woman friend of mine, who is a hardcore believer in Islam and I find she can get very well with her age when women have a hight risk of mental disorder or sometimes before she, for unknown reasons, loses temper, i see her sit still praying. So religion is an important element in cultivating moral charactes and keep calm in stressful enviroment.

Sometimes, we need to let people know that "we are not to be pushed around easily".

Cool, if you don't work there happily, choosing another job is the best solution.

ZOEY, I don't want to leave because I believe the biz tone set could benefit me a lot through my diligence. I can freely communicate with senior liscencing professional and benefit from metoring.

No games here just fully loaded tasks from 9-5. Days ago, a gal who likes to chat on the phone and do her own biz at working time are FIRED, which is a good thing!!!

the wild supervisor calm down a lot because she know who I really am, not the person who wants to grab her rice bowl!

Precisely the benefit once we get to know the people around us. Understanding.
