| GUEST19888 | Hi Ellyse, Could you please tell me the approximate location of the bus stop in Tangkou (for the bus that comes in from Tunxi)? It is hard to find on google maps. Because I would like to know if there are hotels within walking distance of the bus stop. Also, is that the same bus station to take the shuttle to the Yuping/Yungu cable cars in Huangshan Scenic Area? Thanks for your help! |

| GUEST14112 | I am planning to travel to Huangshan in two weeks from Saturday to Monday. My question is: how long is the bus ride from Huangshan to Shanghai? What times are the buses? We have to be back in Shanghai on Tuesday morning, so we can't take the Monday sleeper train. Thanks for your help. |

| It's roughly about 5-6 hours from Tunxi to Shanghai by bus, and the latest bus leaves at 1550 IIRC. |

Do you know if there are buses from shanghai straight to Tangkuo (is the 6.38AM bus go to Tangkou or Huangshan/tunxi) and bus from Tangkuo to Shanghai on Monday afternoon (20/9). We have to be back in Shanghai by Monday night for a departure of one of our party the next morning. Will the ticket be hard to purchase due to the time limitation? If not where could we prepurchase them? Thanks |

We have to be back in Shanghai by Mon... Hi, i only got the departure time from Shanghai South Coach Station to Huangshan Scenic Area ( Tangkou) via Tunxi Coach Station: 06:38, 07:58, 10:12, 14:15. After arriving, you can inquiry about the time for returning to shanghai. BTW, from August1st, the ticket of the South Coach station will only be available at the station. |
