I was talking to a Builder just the other day about this incident.
He said you can bet your life that all the other buildings on this site have been constructed the same way.
They can be fixed but it is a very expensive job.

GUEST2875 The housing price in China is constantly skyrocketing. The construction quality is going downhill. Building a cottage in the far rurual area to live is a better choice. Dom't trust the profit-hungry developers!
