Just arrived to Qingdao on Mar. 21th. Looking to open a branch office here in June or July.
My company offers low cost shipping to China from USA ($5.50 per lb) and Canada ($6.50 per lb), 2 lb mimimum 4-7 business days. Many customers send over milk powder (Enfamil or Similac) for their babies and Godiva/Doritos for their friends. I would like to know if there is a demand for this service in Qingdao? We ship pretty much any personal item or consumable good. I am hoping there people interested so it can expedite my decision to open a branch office here in Qingdao. I welcome any feedback. Thanks!

Don't worry i had the same problem. If out of the united states you cannot reach ems with out the area code for china. which is +86. If you go on their website you will find the number. I have tried calling it 7 times and it will not go. Emailing them is probably the easiest and most reliable. If your waiting on a package, try to go to the "other" or the tracking links and click on the country you are from to find out where the package is, and when to get it.

Try to track them on the above website. I tried to track my parcel once. When you enter your tracking number, you also have to fill in a code below the tracking number. This code is used to prevent spam.
