| GUEST12174 | Hello i orderd a laser pointer from lazerpoint.com back on the 9th of march, i live in the u.s. after fighting with them for ever i finally got them to release the package and it has made it to the sorting center in NY, and STOPPED!!!! it has now been at that sorting center for ten days, can anyone tell me whats going on, i even paid for express shipping and still wait a month for my stuff? any one know of a number i could call and find out whats going on or at the vary least maybe get back what i paid for the extra shipping seeings how it deffently ant here on time. |

| GUEST14141 | The Chinese EMS website is useless. It just kept saying - "no tracking information", and kept giving me new verification codes. I went to the US Postal service website, and they were able to immediately identify the last sorting facility it had been through in China. Amazing - isn't it? |
