GUEST21186 HI! When I track my item, the status show "delivery" but it is still in city of Guangzhou not out from China yet. At the top of the page it says that "Your item was delivered ( City of Guangzhou) Signed for by:
ChengZongYu" Does this means this guy had collected my item?

If your package was sent from China to you, then I am afraid that the tracking number was wrong. You might ask the sender to confirm the tracking number.

my tracking number is ee845853323cn it says it was received in Fuzhou sorting center but its been there for a couple of days with out dispatch can you help with why it is taking so long to be dispatched. I thought ems was supposed to be the fastest way to have a package shipped

Your package was sent to New York at 2014-02-24 08:31:51 but it was returned to the sorting center at 2014-02-24 14:14:39. I guess that your package was stopped by the airport customs.

You should contact the sender and see if he/she knew what happened to your package.
